How reviews are collected, checked and published.
When somebody leaves a review we look for an order from the same email address for that same product. If we find one, the review is marked as verified. If we do not, it still appears - just without the mark.
Not immediately. Every review is read by a person first, so give it a day or two. You will not see your own review on the page until it has been through that either.
A low rating is not a reason to turn a review down. What does get turned down is spam, abuse, and anything that is not actually about the product.
Not from the site. Contact us with the product and the address you used and we will take it down or correct it.
No. We do not pay for reviews, discount them, or enter reviewers into anything - so nothing on this page was bought.
It is the plain average of every published review for that product, with nothing weighted and nothing dropped.
